We are looking for 2 bids. One for the Demolition and Parking lot and the other including the ADA ramp.

Bids will be received by the Glenolden Congregational Church at 115 South Scott Avenue, Glenolden, PA 19036, until 4:00 pm prevailing time Wednesday, November 16th, 2011. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the committee on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at 7:00 pm prevailing time. This will be a closed meeting. All will be notified of the decision or questions from the board.

Envelopes should be clearly marked BID ENCLOSED – CHURCH PARKING LOT.

The Glenolden Congregational Church reserves the right, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the request for proposals and to award the bid in whole or in part for the best interest of the Church to the most qualified bidder.

Bidder should be in good standing with the State of PA and the Borough of Glenolden.

Winning bidder responsibility to secure all permits and pay fees for borough, county and state as required.
